All our raw materials and products are certified Halal by Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM) at every stage and every processes.
Gongga Food Central Kitchen plant has been verified as quality supplier via establishment, implementation & maintaining of good manufacturing practices in line with HACCP criteria accredited by Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH).
Since year 2005 incorporated as a Central Food Processing Centre, we have been MeSTI and GMP compliant where we ensure that our products are consistently produced and controlled in accordance with quality standards.
We prioritise food safety and food quality while maintaining stringent standards throughout our production. Implementation of ISO22000:2018 Food Safety Management System by SIRIM as the accreditation body has help us to align ourselves with international food safety and quality standards in production and management process.
