Sambal Prawn
1) Prepare 400-500gm of fresh medium size prawn (With/ without shell). Well clean. – Set aside
2) Heat up the frying pan with 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
3) Add in the prawn and stir-fried for 5-6mins.
4) Add in reheat/ thaw sambal into frying pan with prawn.
5) Continue to stir-fried for another 3-4mins
6) After adding sambal turn down the heat to low and prevent the sambal burn.
Sambal Squid
1) Prepare 400-500gm of fresh Squid. Well clean. – Set aside
2) Cut the squid into ring size.
3) Heat up the frying pan with 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
4) Add in the squid and stir-fried for 5-6mins.
5) Add in reheat/ thaw sambal into frying pan with squid.
6) Continue to stir-fried for another 3-4mins
7) After adding sambal turn down the heat to low and prevent the sambal burn
